Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable ecosystem strategies across key industry verticals and/or product specialisations, while connecting to the broader organization’s platform.
Build and sustain long-term, productive relationships with global partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate, establish, and manage the full partner lifecycle.
Launch tailored enablement programs, go-to-market strategies, and resources to accelerate partner success.
Deliver on KPIs tied to revenue, partner pipeline growth, and success metrics across focus areas.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or partnerships within the tech industry.
Quick to learn new technologies across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, with a keen eye for identifying high-impact global partnerships.
Proven success in strategic account management, growing partnerships, and building strong internal and external relationships.
Experience crafting executive-level business plans and translating top-line goals into clear, impactful strategies.
Demonstrated success in building products or businesses from the ground up — from 0 to 1, and 1 to 100.
Comfortable with up to 50% travel.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Preferred:
Experience managing partnerships with SaaS/PaaS companies, digital native ecosystems (e.g. gaming, social, Web3, crypto), or FMCG, retail, and eCommerce platforms or agencies.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure, or a technical background is a plus.
Creative and solution-oriented — thrives on turning challenges into opportunities.
Results-driven and agile, with a proactive mindset and a passion for learning.
Big-picture thinker who can translate ideas into action.
Cross-cultural experience working in both international and China markets is advantageous.
