In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support continued growth and expansion.


We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner leader to collaborate with senior leaders and drive the strategic people agenda across our rapidly evolving business. You will play a key role in shaping and executing HR strategies that support organizational growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and optimize talent. This role involves influencing key stakeholders, leading transformative initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture across the Engineering teams while ensuring alignment with the company’s global goals.


To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, the organization currently follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. This model is regularly reviewed and may change.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives directly drive organizational performance and growth.

  • Provide coaching to leaders on talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and building high-performing teams for sustained success.

  • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, working with Employee Relations and Legal teams to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and preserve company culture across regions.

  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and restructuring initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Oversee the full-cycle performance management process, including goal-setting, 360-degree evaluations, and calibration sessions.

  • Design and implement scalable HR programs that boost growth, employee engagement, and talent retention across engineering and broader teams.

  • Use data and analytics to drive informed, strategic HR decisions that improve outcomes and efficiency.

  • Deliver on strategies with clear, measurable goals and ensure timely execution and ongoing improvements.

  • Collaborate across HR functions—Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition—to implement integrated, business-aligned solutions.

  • Be prepared to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent years of HR experience.

  • 10+ years in Human Resources, with at least 4 years leading a global team.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement talent management, org design, and performance strategies in complex, fast-growing environments.

  • Proven success in building and executing impactful HR programs that support company goals.

  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to drive insights and evaluate HR program effectiveness.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills; background in mathematics or data analysis is a plus.

  • Direct experience supporting engineering or R&D teams in a high-growth tech environment, especially with global scale-ups.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with all levels of the organization.

  • Experience operating within multicultural, global organizations and tailoring HR strategies accordingly.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for collaboration with global stakeholders.
