They’re now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead growth across the Asia-Pacific region—one of the world’s most dynamic shipping markets.

Based in Singapore | Reports to Global CCO | Maritime / Shipping / Underwater Services
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, senior sales role for a commercial hunter who knows the maritime space. You’ll manage and grow key accounts, open new doors with shipowners and technical managers, and translate value in terms of performance, compliance, and ROI.
You'll work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive top-line growth, supported by a global team focused on clean, compliant performance at sea.
Responsibilities
Own and grow key commercial relationships across Asia-Pacific
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global goals
Identify and close new business with shipowners, operators, and managers
Lead negotiations and secure long-term agreements
Communicate commercial value across fuel savings, CII/EEOI impact, and ROI
Deepen trust and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience in maritime, technical marine solutions, or vessel performance
Strong hunter instincts with a track record of opening and closing deals
Understanding of shipping regulations and commercial drivers (CII, EEXI, EU ETS, fuel economics)
Confident managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Solution-selling mindset and excellent value communication skills
Self-starter, independent, and open to regional travel
Must be based in Singapore
